He is survived by his wife of the home Kay Lord, sons; Mike Lord (LeaAnn), Seminole, Texas and Larry Lord (Sheri), Monahans, Texas, daughter; Le’Ann Reaves (Stan), Eunice NM, grandchildren; Michael Lord, Seminole, Texas, Mark Lord (Christie) Seminole, Texas, Tyler Reaves, Tucson, Arizona, and Sarah Reaves, Eunice NM, great-grandchildren: Sara Wimberley Lord, Seminole, Texas and Raegin Lord, Seminole, Texas, brother Bill Lord, Eunice, NM and sister Iva Cox, Greenwood, Arkansas, brother-In-law Don Walker (Madie), Abilene, Texas, cousin; Vera Bettis (Charlie), Eunice, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Jean Lord, brother Albert Lord, sisters; Mamie Welch and Mary Varnadore.
He retired with Chevron in 1991.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
