Scoggins; sister, Bertie Joiner; and brother, Jimmy Scoggins. Survivors: wife of 48 years, Jacqueline Smith Scoggins of Chelsea; children, Deborah Hutton of Pell City, Christine (Clint) Varner of Sycamore, Robert (Kristen) Scoggins of Cumberland, Maryland, Barbara (Mike) Sanders of Brantley, AL; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, sister, Kimberly Scoggins of California; brother Gene Scoggins of Birmingham, AL; & a host of nieces and nephews.
