Bobby L. Hosch, age 74, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on May 4, 2021.

He was preceded in death by father, Junior Hosch and mother, Lula Bell Frasure Hosch Rayburn; step-father, Marshall Rayburn; brother, Earl Rayburn; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Deward “Bunk” and Mamie Dowdy.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sue Dowdy Hosch of Flowery Branch, GA; daughter, Gina (David) Ingram of Murrayville, GA; granddaughter, Erin (Josh) Stover of Murrayville, GA; great-grandchildren, Kinslee Stover and Colton Stover; sister, Joyce Hosch of Buford, GA; brother, Mark Rayburn of Buford, GA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joan and Charles Burgess of Flowery Branch, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Hosch was born on December 16, 1946 in Buford, GA.

He received his education at South Hall High School. Bobby began his work career at Chattahoochee Furniture Company in Flowery Branch, GA. He began his body shop career with Osborne Chevrolet in Buford; then later worked for Wayne Henry Body Shop. He spent most of his body shop career with Jerry Brown Chevrolet for 34 years. Then he worked for Bill Heard Chevrolet for 2 years. He finished his work career with Mathis Collision for 9 years where he was Body Shop Manager.

He was a member of Christ Place Church, aka Blackshear Place Baptist Church, in Flowery Branch, GA where he was a member of Steve Milligan’s Bible Fellowship Class. Bobby loved church, playing golf, playing pool, and spending time with his family. He was known as daddy, granddaddy, poppy, and Mr. Wonderful.
