Bobby Gene Harrison of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, June 25, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born July 27, 1941 to Roy Lee Harrison and Edith Inez (Cauthron) Harrison in Waldron, Arkansas. Bob was 74 years, 10 months and 29 days old.
Bob was a farmer, he loved checking his cows and being out on the farm, one of his favorite things to do was bale hay. Earlier in life Bob had worked at the Waldron Furniture Factory for about 25 years. Bob was a avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. He had a deep passion for turning his dogs out and listing to them run and trying to figure out which way they were headed.
Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Margaret of Waldron, Arkansas, one son, David Harrison and wife Lisa of Waldron, Arkansas, one daughter, Sharon Wadkins and husband Rory of Waldron, Arkansas. Bob also leaves behind one sister, Betty Smith and husband Melvin of Waldron, Arkansas. Papaw will forever remain in the hearts of his grandchildren, Ryan Harrison, Tori Wadkins, Nikki Harrison, Brady Wadkins and Clay Doster.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Edith Harrison, one sister, Wanda Louise Underwood and one brother, Roy Glen Harrison.
Bob’s life celebration will be 2:00 p.m.
