Bobbie Lee Job, 77, of Anderson, passed away on February 4, 2014 at the Woodland Nursing Facility Muncie, IN. She was born on November 26, 1936 in Allock, Kentucky and resided most of her life in Anderson. Bobbie graduated from Jeff High School in Kentucky and received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
She worked as a registered nurse for 50 years as several places including St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital, several area doctors and also for Rawlins House. She was a member of Whetstone Christian Church where she was very active.
Bobbie is survived by her, daughter, Denise H. David Runner, granddaughters, Laura V. Dalton and Michelle Rich Thomas, great-grandchildren, Miranda Rich, Tyler K. Rich, Layla Dalton, Caleb Dalton and Carson Dalton, siblings, Harold D.”Duke” Short, Betty Bob Shields, Hope Fields, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Job and parents, Elmer Short and Nola Williams Short, siblings, Marietta Taylor, Denver Short and Kelly Short.
