Blanche Pucciarelli
Passed away peacefully, at age 84, on August 29, 2015. Blanche was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her loving husband Donato of 60 years, daughters Donna Lauro (late husband John) and Theresa Lo Bianco (husband Guy), grandchildren Carissa and Vincent Lo Bianco, John, Mary, Angela, and Dan Lauro. Cherished sister of Phyllis, Anthony, Joseph, and Angela, she was preceded in death by Rita, Rose, Gilda, and Cosmo.
Born Blanche Giordano in Dongan Hills, she grew up in Grant City. She graduated from New Dorp High School, worked as a secretary at Dun & Bradstreet, and later at South Beach Novelties & Confectionery Company. She retired in 1995. Shortly thereafter Dan and Blanche relocated to Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Blanche will be greatly missed by all those who have been blessed by knowing her.
