Blair attended McCutcheon High School and was working at Wabash National. He had previously worked at SIA. Blair was a car enthusiast and loved spending time with his daughter. Surviving with his parents is his daughter Braelynn Brandt of Lafayette, brothers Jeremy Stockdale (wife Andrea) of West Lafayette, Ryan Stockdale of Lafayette, and a niece Harper Stockdale West Lafayette. Also surviving are his grandmother Carolyn Hill and great grandmother Wanita Hale both of Kokomo.
