Bishop Emmanes Doxy was born on May 30, 1957, in Boucan Guillaume, Haiti to the parentage of the late Liliane Thebaud.  Bishop Doxy began his walk with Christ at the age of fifteen, one year after his mother had a tragic accident. He became an active member of a non-denominational congregation in Haiti. Henceforth, he acquired knowledge about God. He also studied with various Biblical schools and Churches while still in Haiti.

Bishop Doxy continued to pursue his relationship with The Lord when he came to The United States of America in 1977. He became a member of The Church of God where he studied the Bible for four years and acquired a diploma of accomplishment. While there he met and married his wife, Pastor Kettely Doxy on May 30, 1981. Together, they spent about five years helping plant several churches in the Northern New Jersey Area.

Bishop Emmanes Doxy was a proponent of education.  He earned a Doctorate for his work in exploring the nature of the divine, religious beliefs, and practices.   Bishop Doxy especially loved music and sound.  He was a guitar player and singer and taught his children to do the same.

On January 28, 2022, Bishop Doxy was called home to be with the Lord.  Sharing memories of his wonderful life are his wife, Pastor Kettely Doxy; his sons, Emmanuel Doxy and Stephen Paul Doxy; and his daughter, Lily Thirtsa Doxy
