Billy Ray Price, age 81, of Pinson, passed away on September 28, 2017. Mr. Price was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and a member of Center Crest Baptist Church, now North Clay Baptist Church. He was retired from Bill Price Construction Company. Mr. Price was a true believer in Christ who enjoyed golfing, fishing, and serving his Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Roy and Aughty Estelle Price; and 3 siblings, James B. Price, William Buryl Price, and Betty Faye Maass. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jeannine Amos Price; his children, Karen Price Ballard (Albert E. Ballard, Jr.) and their children, Amanda, Jessica, Ryan, Logan, Rhianna; Scott Price (Beverly Price) and Dawn Alane Price and her children, Paden Prough and Jordan Prough; and 6 great-grandchildren.
