Billy Lee “Igor” Clutter, age 73, of Fort Walton Beach passed away on November 29, 2013, in Fort Walton Beach, FL. He was born March 6, 1940 in Huntington, West Virginia to Madeline Louise Clutter and step-father Samuel Tomblin.
He proudly served in the United States Army and served his country in the Vietnam War. He was a great provider for this family while he worked on the L&N Railroad. He enjoyed socializing and singing with family and friends.
Igor was active with the Fort Walton Beach Elk Lodge #1795 affectionately known to most as Santa Claus. Santa will be greatly missed by All who believe in him. As Santa goes to heaven Merry Christmas to All and to All a good life.
He was a loving and understanding Dad and husband who prayed for us all. He was married for 48 years to Ruth Clutter, who passed away July 26, 2007. He is survived by his children, Kimberly Eva Clutter Osborne (Dale A.), Billy Lee Clutter, Jr. (Pennie B.), Katrina Hope Clutter Hearld (Robert C., Sr.); grandchildren, Billy Lee Clutter, III, Joshua A. Clutter, Austin T. Hearld, Duran Deuschle and Robert C. Hearld, Jr. (Tasia); great-grandchildren, Hailey Ruth Ann Hearld, Robert C. Hearld, III, Wolfgang Friedrick Deuschle and Slylis Dean Clutter; brother, Samuel E. “Butch” Tomblin (Kathy); sister, Marcella B. “Sue” Tomblin Christian (Ronald), and many nieces and nephews.
