Billy Joe Ellis of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 10, 1943 in Brinkley, Arkansas the son of the late Walter and Bertha Mae Trantham Ellis. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Sheridan where he was a member of the Men’s Sunday School class. He had formerly served in the United States Air Force Reserves and enjoyed deer hunting. His greatest joy in life was being a devoted husband, father and grandfather to his family that he loved so dearly.
Mr. Ellis died Monday, November 29, 2010 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 67.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Krutsch.
