Chatham, Billie Yeatts Pierce, age 72, of 221 Pierce Lane Chatham, VA went to her heavenly home, Thursday, August 16, 2012. She was born on February 10, 1940, in Pittsylvania County, the daughter of the late Letcher D. Yeatts and the late Louise Gatewood Yeatts. She was a member of First Community Church and was devoted to her family. Mrs. Pierce is survived by her husband Ralph Edgar Pierce of the residence; three sons, Ray Anderson (Loretta) The Villages, Florida, Steve Anderson and Brad Anderson both of Chatham; one daughter, Pamela Kay Anderson of Chatham; four granddaughters, Ashley Norman, Brandi Anderson, Kasey Anderson and Morgan Anderson; one grandson, Colby Anderson; one great grandson, Jacob Doss; three great granddaughters, Emmalee and Autumn Mitchell and Hailey Doss all of Chatham; one brother, James Yeatts (Joan) of Blairs; a nephew, Scott Yeatts (Tammy) of Blairs; two great nieces, Makayla Yeatts and Emily Grace Yeatts of Blairs.
