his residence. He was born June 27, 1933 in Albany, Kentucky to Roscoe and Monta
Survivors include his loving wife Beverly (McLaughlin) Bertram, two daughters
Diane Durham (husband-Gary); Debbie Fannin; son David Bertram; stepchildren
Michael Smith (wife-Vicky); Rebecca Ashbaugh (husband-James); Timothy
Smith (wife-Carolyn); 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
Billie was preceded in death by his parents, stepson Doug Smith one grandchild John Gabbard and one –great-grandchild Michael Bertram.
