Billie Lee Roth passed away May 3, 2017 at home in Nampa, Idaho at the age of 80 after a long battle with dementia. She will be missed by all including the dogs Lucy and Cricket.
Billie Lee Roth was born January 30, 1937 to Mary and J.L. O’Neal. Billie attended school in Caldwell and graduated from Caldwell High school in 1955. She attended the U of I, Wenatchee Valley College in Wenatchee, WA. and BSU. All through school she was able to maintain a GPA of 3.5 to 4.0.
Billie held many different jobs in the community from teaching to child protection.
She married Francis (Jack) Willmorth April 2, 1957 in Caldwell Idaho. From this marriage came two children Kevin and Kimberley. After Jack passed away she married Jim Roth on May 11, 1996.
Billie was a very talented artist that painted many beautiful pictures and had a great love for all animals.
Billie was preceded in death by Jack Willmorth, her half-brother Gary Evans and both of her parents.
She is survived by her husband Jim, son Kevin (Angie) Willmorth, daughter Kimberley (Jack) Taylor, step-son Daniel (Heather) Roth and step-daughter Karen (Scott) Roth, and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
