Bill D. Duzan, 76, of Fortville, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Community Heart & Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born July 21, 1936 in Fortville, IN to the late Vinton and Eva May (Girt) Duzan. Bill was a self-employed electrician and co-owner of Tomey’s Bait and Tackle. He drove a school bus for Hamilton Southeastern Schools for 17 years. Bill was a member of the Fortville Christian Church, a 50 year member of the Fortville F & AM Lodge No. 207 and a 1954 graduate of Fortville High School.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowled a perfect “300” game. Bill is survived by wife Julia (Tomey) Duzan whom he married July 6, 1956 in Fortville; daughters: Candy Duzan and Toy Simmons of Fortville, Penny (Tim) Wiseman of McCordsville; grandchildren: Sean (Deann) Simmons; Brandon (Alyssa) Wiseman; Kayla Wiseman; Kiefer Wiseman and Bailey Wiseman; great-granddaughter: Molly Simmons; sister: Margie (Lafe) Shultz of Fortville; nephew: Tom (Mary Rose) Crickmore; nieces Tondia (Gary) Scheiter and Tommy (Gene) Wadley.

He was preceded in death by brother Ned Duzan and sister Nancy Crickmore Shaw.
