MEYER, Mrs. Beverly J. passed away Monday evening December 5, 2011, at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo. Beverly was born January 10, 1925, in Sturgis, Michigan the daughter of Floyd and Mildred Gooden Kissel. She had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with Mead Paper Company for 16 years before retiring.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Charles, Robert, and Floyd Kissel Jr.; and a grandson.
She is survived by 3 children, Sharron Wetherbee, Tammie VanAvery, and Marc Kayla Laning all of Kalamazoo; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
