Beverly “Bev” Dianne Gorman was born in October, 1958, in Pensacola, Florida, to Daisy and Doug Gorman. She grew up in Ft. Walton Beach and graduated from Ft. Walton Beach High School in 1976. She attended Okaloosa-Walton Junior College, Florida State University, and graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Social Work. After graduation, Bev worked at Sacred Heart Hospital-Pensacola as the Perinatal Data Specialist for 35 years. She medically retired in 2014.
Bev was preceded in death by her father, Doug Gorman. She leaves behind her mother, Daisy, two uncles, Phillip (Mary) Stringer, Grady Stringer, an aunt, Fern (Bernie) Hawk, many cousins and many friends.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center ICU for the excellent care given.
