Betty Mae Frame Nicholas, 85, Pendleton, passed away January 18, 2009 at Rawlins House, Pendleton.
She was born September 4, 1923 in South Bend, Indiana, and resided in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and had been a nurse receptionist for Dr. Lennington.
Betty was a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church and sang with the Sweet Adelines.
She is survived by her sons, Jim & wife Daisy Nicholas and Donald & wife Jan Nicholas; sister, Kathryn Thompson; six grandchildren, Angela & husband Ronnie Martin, Darrin Nicholas, William Lehr, Bradley & wife Julie Lehr, Tony & wife Mary Nicholas and Tim Nicholas; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Hobart Nicholas; her parents, Vern & Esther Mossberg Frame and sister, Elenor Jackey.
