Betty Lockhart Fletcher
April 21, 1935 – February 19, 2021
Betty Jean Lockhart Fletcher of Sheridan, Arkansas was born April 21, 1935 at Gulfport, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Clifford and Lois Brooks Lockhart. She was of the Pentecostal faith. In her younger years, she enjoyed fishing, and outings with friends.
Mrs. Fletcher died Friday, February 19, 2021 at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilitation at the age of 85. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Homer Charles Fletcher; sisters, Elaine Hoover, Neoma Henthorn; infant brother, James Lockhart.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Fletcher McCoy; granddaughter, Amanda Fletcher Hennessee (David); daughter-in-law, Irene Fletcher; brother, Marion Lockhart; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
