Betty L. Lambert Lemon, 91, Greenfield, died November 29, 2011 at her daughter’s residence. She was born August 7, 1920 in Greenfield, Indiana, and resided in Greenfield, IN. Betty graduated from Maxwell High School in 1938. She retired from General Motors and was a member of Wesley Free Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Phillip wife, Judy Lambert of Anderson and Marsha A. McKinley of Greenfield. Step-Children, Brenda Lemon and Linda Weatheford. Grandchildren, Denisa Lambert, Susan Ellington, Brad & Ketra Eastes, Robert Eastes, Steve & Robin Armstrong and John & Faith Terry. Great-grand children, Lauryn Cunningham, Katie Payson, Aryn Payson, Alissa Mullins, Mckenna Ellington, Seslie Smith, Payton Armstrong, Taylor Eastes, Josh Eastes, Heather Terry, Jamie Terry and Connor Terry.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Pearl Trees Bradley; two spouses, Michael D. “Mike” Lemon in 2000 and Charles D. Lambert on February 14, 1969; brother, Nelson Bradley; sister, Gladys Pope; son-in-law, Freddie J. McKinley; step-son, Mike Lemon Jr. and step-daughter, Terri.
