Betty L. Carroll, nee Tiley, 83, of Caseyville, IL, born Thursday, April 26, 1934 in Belleville, IL, passed away at Memorial Hospital Belleville on Sunday, February 25, 2018. Betty retired as a Workers Compensation Adjuster with Continental Insurance Company. She was a member of Fairview Heights Church of Christ in Fairview Heights, IL, World Bible Study, and the O’Fallon Women’s Club.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Frank “Sam” Carroll; parents, James and Juanita Tiley, nee Hillyard; daughter, Cynthia Carroll; brothers, John Tiley, Jim “Bud” Tiley, and Jean Lehmann. Surviving are two children, Kimbra Lee (Doug) Peach of Mt. Vernon, OH; Bradley (P.K.) Carroll of Dawson, IL; three grandchildren, Bree Ann Bertram, Bret Paul (Joni) Bertram, and Scott Carroll; two great grandchildren, Jamison Todd Bertram and Hope Bertram.
