Betty Joyce Webb, 86, of England Ark.,died on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at Baptist Health Medical Center of North Little Rock.
Joyce was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Lonoke County born on February 12, 1930, to Everett Cecil Bailey and Ruth Mary Singleton. She was married April 13, 1949, to Clyde H. Webb, who in 2010 preceded her in death, and together they had four children.
She is survived by children and their spouses, Larry Webb and his wife Linda of Lake Village, Roger Webb and his wife, Mary of Carlisle, David Webb and his wife Sherri of North Little Rock, and Hubert Webb and his wife,Vanessa of England; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren , 2 brothers, Calvin Bailey and Allen Ray Bailey, and 2 sisters, Marie Dismuke and Sue Moody. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Glen Bailey and Billy Bailey, and 3 sisters, Reba Perry, Pauline Tipton, and Vida Mae Cates.
