Betty H. Tyson, 95, of Bethlehem passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospice House in Bethlehem. She was the wife of Maurice S. Tyson for over 63 years until he passed away in 2008. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Myrtle (Shellenberger) Hartz. She was employed as a Medical Assistant to Charles K. Zug III, M.D., until she retired in 1977.
SURVIVORS: She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Maurice F. Tyson II of Bethlehem; daughter Lucinda T. McGuigan and her husband Gayle of Washington, D.C.; nephew David Hartz. She was predeceased by brother Nevin Hartz.
