Beth Ann Curtis, 73, of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, March 17, at 5:48 a.m.
She was born Feb. 28, 1943, in Elkhart, to the late Charles and Sophia (Phend) Young.
Surviving are her daughters, Beverly (Mark) Stamper, and Tricia (Mike) Wyrick, both of Elkhart; grandchildren, Ashlee, Alisha and Shawna; great-grandchildren, Paislee, Hunter, Sophie and Lanie; five step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Beth was an industrial seamstress, who worked at several area RV facilities over her lifetime. She was a past member of the 4-H Homemaker’s Club and enjoyed singing, NASCAR, crocheting, doing crossword puzzles and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. In her earlier years, she attended stock car racing events with her late husband at Mottville, New Paris and Plymouth.
