Bessie Norton Thrower, age 104, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 22, 2018. She was born in Coweta County on July 7, 1914 to the late Tom Norton and Bell West Norton. Along with her parents Bessie is preceded in death by her husband, T.X. Thrower; children, Herbert Thrower, Larry Thrower; grandchildren, Clint Thrower, Stacy Thrower and her brother John Thomas Norton.
She is survived by her son, Roy Lee Thrower of Tennessee; grandchildren, Robyn Addison and her husband Randy, Jody Thrower and his wife Jennifer, Lori Allen and her husband Pete, Connie Bush and her husband Junior, Duane Holms; 12 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
