Bertha F. Ceppa of Bristol died on Monday March 1, 2010.
She was born in New Britain, a daughter of the late Felix and Helen (Dukiet) Ceppa.
A resident of Bristol, she attended Bristol schools and graduated as Salutatorian of her high school class. She attended Teachers College of Connecticut, now Central Connecticut State University and received her master’s degree from the University of Hartford. She was a teacher at the John J. Jennings School for many years, until her retirement. She was a member of the Bristol, county and state retired teachers groups. She was a founding member of St.

She is survived by her sister Jeanette Ceppa of Bristol and several cousins.
She was predeceased by her sister Irene J. Ceppa.
