Bernice Lynn Fisher, 54, passed away April 27, 2016 at Davis Hospital and Medical Center in Layton.
She was born December 3, 1961 in La Puenta, California the daughter of Bernard and Arlene Conrique.
She married James Weaver for 14 years and they later divorced. She married David James Fisher on December 17, 1998 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
Bernice graduated from Bishop Amat High School in La Puenta, California and received her Bachelors in nursing.
She was a member of the Catholic Church. Bernice worked as an LPN at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful. She loved to cruise the internet, murder mystery TV shows, go to the movies, shopping and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She is survived by her husband David James Fisher, children: Chelsea (Ryan) Riolo, Steven Phillips, David (Jennifer) Fisher, Daniel (Darcy) Fisher, two grandchildren, Joshua Weaver, Kamden Riolo, sister, Margo (Artie) Jenkins and brothers, Bernie (Monica) Conrique and Andrew (Maria) Conrique.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Casey James Weaver.
