Family and friends will always remember her delicious home cooked meals (you never left hungry or without a plate to take with you.) She always made friends easily and kept them forever. She brought joy to everyone who met her and always thought about herself last. She was the very center of her family which she kept close with warm and frequent phone calls. Her home was the place for special gatherings remembered with great joy by all. She received the Sertoma “Service to Mankind Award” in 1979. She was awarded a lifetime membership in the Parents Teacher Association (PTA).
