Bernice Ann Terry, 85, of Sandoval, passed away, Sunday, December 27, 2020, at Centralia Fireside Nursing Home. She was born on July 23, 1935, in Lake Township, the daughter of Oscar Boehne and Amelia (Kleiboeker) Boehne. She married Robert “Bob” Gene Terry on May 19, 1956, and he preceded her in death on June 13, 2008.

Survivors include Two Sons, Bryan Terry of Sandoval, Dwight Terry and wife Pam of Centralia: a daughter: Marsha Purcell and husband Daniel of South Carolina; six grandchildren: Tanya Gormann and husband Doug of Centralia, Shannon Jones and husband Kyle of North Carolina, Brittany Cox and husband Mike of South Carolina, Shea Beaupre and husband Brent of Woodlawn, Nathan Terry and wife Britt of South Carolina and Dylan Purcell of South Carolina; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Donna Bender, Erma Boehne, and Elizabeth Boehne; very special caretakers: Noel Howard and Kim Hanenberger, Jessica Dehn, and all of the Centralia Fireside Staff.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a daughter: Nancy Terry, three grandchildren: Christopher Terry, Tyler “T.J.” Terry, and Andrew Skibinski, five brothers: Paul Boehne, Walter Boehne, Charlie Boehne, Edwin Boehne and Theodore “Teddy” Boehne, three sisters: Amanda Kottmeyer, Mary Ann Hanenberger and Hilda Nottmeyer. Bernice worked at Miss Elaines and also worked on the farm raising all kinds of animals, raising flowers and vegetable gardens, sewing clothes, quilting, and making sure her family was taken care of. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
