Bernard “Larry” Lawrence Massey, Jr., 72, of Cromwell, husband of Joanne (Passamano) Massey, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Born in Meriden, he was the son of the late Bernard and Mildred (Mugford) Massey. Larry lived in Cromwell for the past ten years. He loved photography, watching movies and learning the history of the Civil War. Along with his wife, Larry is survived by his children, Daniel Massey and his wife, Carol, Sherelle Lessard and her husband, Mario, both of Cromwell and Pamela Parks and her husband, Daniel of Kentucky; three brothers, Donald Massey of Coral Springs, FL, Thomas Massey and his wife, Ann Marie of Plainville and William Massey of New London; four grandchildren, Alex, Logan, Austin and Araya and four nieces and a nephew, Jennifer, Julie, David, Deanna and Nicole. Besides his parents, Larry was predeceased by a brother, Frederick Massey.
