Bernard “Tike” L. Jenkins II, 29 of Clarksburg passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010. He was born in Clarksburg, son of Bernard “Bub” L and wife Chrissy J Jenkins of Clarksburg and Michele A Jenkins and fiancée Greg Geissler of Martinsburg. Tike was a laborer for FMW Composite in Bridgeport for over 2 years. He is survived by his fiancée Jessica L Davis and she is the mother of his unborn child, Jacob Lee and her two sons, Luke and Caden Davis; five sisters, Rebecca Carver, West Point, VA, Rachel Gilchrist and husband John, Las Vegas, NV, Brandie J Elsey and husband Kenny, Salem, Destiney D Jenkins, at home and Kassi Gardner, Falling Waters, WV; Paternal grandparents, Bernard Ferrell, Clarksburg and Delores Cox, Gregory’s Run, Maternal grandparents, Gerald Criner, Clarksburg and Cheryll Gill Hallock, Salem; paternal step-grandfather, John Banks, Clarksburg; three nieces and one nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal step-grandmother, Shelvie Banks-Frazier, and one uncle, Jim Shears. Tike graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1999. He loved the outdoors, fishing, kayaking and all sports. He enjoyed playing pool and spending time with family and friends.
