Benjamin Steven Trammell, 26, died Monday, January 21, 2008. He was born January 26, 1981 in Newnan to Steven Edward Trammell & Joan Pollard Trammell. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Thomas Pollard and Cecil Henry Trammell. He was a 2000 graduate of East Coweta High School and obtained an Associates Degree from Gainesville College and was currently seeking his Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of West Georgia. He was also a graduate of the Georgia Public Safety Regional Training Center Police Academy in Columbus, GA. He was an avid Civil War re-enactor and was a competitive pistol shooter.
