Becky Bleich, age 60, of Algona died on Tuesday November 10, 2015 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center. Becky Joy Bleich, daughter of Lewis and Hazel (Sankey) Bleich was born on March 3, 1955 in Algona, Iowa. Becky went to Algona Public School.
On April 15, 1974 Becky enlisted in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged on March 05, 1975. Becky worked at Hy-Vee in Algona as an assistant manager for many years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoyed playing Bingo, cooking and baking for her family, and her love for animals was unconditional. Left to cherish Becky’s memory are her daughters: Gloria (Tom) Ross of Algona and Krystal (Adam) Weringa of McCallsburg; mother, Hazel Bleich of Algona; siblings: Randy (Jan) Bleich of Pittsfield, IL, Merle (Sue) Bleich of St. Joe, Susan (Dean) Wenthe of West Des Moines, Carol (Bob) Capesius of Bode, Kevin (Mary) Bleich of Algona, Kelly (Nolan) Hutcheson of Garner, Tina Bleich of Algona and Scott (Angie) Bleich of Ames; four grandchildren Zack, Ridge, Abrianna, and Avery, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Bleich in 2005; sister Gloria and numerous aunts and uncles. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Becky’s family.
