Details: Beatrice E. Clemons, 101, a 20 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Baltimore died on May 17, 2015 at her residence. She was born on May 25, 1913 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward and Kathryn Dawley. Mrs. Clemons attended from the Palmer and Strayer Business College in the late 20’s and early 30’s. She worked as the assistant manager at the Tower Building at Baltimore and South Street from the 50’s until her retirement in 1979. She worked and volunteered at the Coyl Senior Center at Union Square Church in Baltimore in the 1980’s and 1990’s. Mrs. Clemons was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Her hobbies included exercising, knitting, and crafts at the senior club. In addition to her parents Mrs. Clemons is preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Herman L. Clemons, Sr., her sons Herman L., Jr., Earl D. and Carl E. Clemons, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her son Donald Lee Clemons of Baltimore, her daughters B. Diane Malat of Pasadena and Dolores J. Ryan of Lutherville, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
