Bayde Robert Anderson, 68, passed away March 21, 2016. He was a resident of Franklin, In. He was born, December 11, 1947 in Durant, Ok. to Herbert and Darly (Knight) Anderson.

Robert played drums for the Johnny Evans’ Band, an Elvis impersonator, that opened for Pop and Willie Nelson. He enjoyed being a tour guide, as the character “Sonny” at Gold Dredge #8 mine, in Fox, Alaska. He had a love of artwork, history, and crafting walking canes out of diamond willow.

He is survived by his wife; Beverly Anderson of Franklin, Indiana and six children; Charles W. (Karen) Brown of New Jersey, Gloyd (Debbie) Brown and Darrell (Linda) Brown, both of Texas, Harold A. (Mary) Brown of Alaska, Tammy Brown of Oklahoma, and Beverly (Brian) Pendleton of Franklin, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son; Robert Wayne Anderson.
