Barbara SollingerAnswered the Lord’s call on September 7, 2006 at the age of 71. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, David A. Sollinger: Her children: daughter, Christina Pastran, and her three sons, Carlos N. Cantu and Michael A. Cantu both of San Antonio and Lawrence D. Cantu and wife Jeanie of Zanesville, Ohio. Step Children: Sandy Monahan, Paul Sollinger both of Austin, TX and Alma King and her husband Gordon King of Santa Fe, NM.Barbara worked in the publishing field and in computer graphics and layout. She moved to the Boerne area before 1980 with her husband David, and they became active members of the Pipe Creek Presbyterian Church. For many years they produced the PCPC Pipeline church newsletter. She was a talented artist, and was skilled at crochet and porcelain arts. Together with her husband she enjoyed arts and crafts, fishing, bowling and bridge.
