She is survived by her spouse, Cathy Prellwitz of Hoover, AL; son, Trevor Broadly of Trussville, AL; step-daughters, Jennifer Vinson of Hoover, AL and Karen Moorehead of Birmingham, AL; parents, Pam Haley and Larry Haley of Kentucky; sisters, Kimberly Newsam and Beth Haley-Nunez both of Kentucky; grandchildren, Lily Vinson and Sebastain Vinson; nieces, Kelsey Stuard, Angela, Hannah, and Lydia Haley-Torres; nephews, Nicholas Newsam and Cameron Hurst.
