Barbara Mercier of Chandler, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening January 25, 2015, at the age of 91. She was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, where she met the love of her life, Dick Mercier, in 1943. Their travels took them to Georgia, Washington State and Pennsylvania before settling in Phoenix in 1961.
