WALLINGFORD – Barbara Bulmer, 90, departed this life on March 9, 2018 at Masonicare in Wallingford. She was the beloved wife of Allen Bulmer for 67 years.
Barbara was born in Meriden on April 18, 1927 to the late Herbert and Catherine (Carey) Briggs.
Until her retirement, Mrs. Bulmer was employed as a teacher for the Wallingford Board of Education.
