Barbara Wood nee Gilbert on February 3, 2021 of Sicklerville, NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, husband Warren, son Kevin and his wife Christina, son Scott and his wife Stephanie and grandchildren Dylan, Allison, Cassidy Lee and Chelsea Lee.
Predeceased by her father Louis Gilbert and her mother Margaret Good.
She is survived by her brother Louis, sisters Pat Grigioni, Bonnie Ressa and many nieces and nephews.
Barbara will be remembered as a wonderful mother, friend, sister, grandmother and wife. She cherished her family, both immediate and extended, and greatly enjoyed holidays and special occasions spent together. She had leadership roles in the PTA and Boy Scouts and remained supportive and engaged in her children’s endeavors even after returning to full-time work.
Barbara enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling the US and many trips to Europe with the Kelly Group. There are many precious memories of the ‘Club’ girls and our Tabernacle group.
Barbara was very proud of her accomplishments as an Executive Secretary at RCA, GE, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.
Barbara’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.
