THOMPSON, Mrs. Barbara A., Kalamazoo, MI. Died Thursday afternoon September 16, 2010 at her residence. Barbara was born March 6, 1931 in Otsego, Michigan a daughter of James and Mildred Rowe Casey. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Cindy Thompson on April 16, 2000; a brother William Casey; a sister, Ruth Casey; and a step father, John Doelker.
She is survived by 4 children, Robert Connie Thompson, Randy Cathy Thompson, and Rochelle Earl Beduna all of Kalamazoo, and Roger Thompson of Battle Creek; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; her former spouse, Franklin Thompson of Kalamazoo; a brother, Stanley Casey of Otsego; a sister, Sharon Doelker of Otsego; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
