Barbara A. Bowman, age 60, of Salem died at 7:33 a.m. Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 17, 1955 in Salem the daughter of the late Lester R. Bowman and Betty A. (Crew) Bowman Hoopes. Barbara attended the Damascus Friends Church Salem Campus.
Survivors include a sister, Nancy L. Sines of Salem; 2 stepbrothers, Terry Hoopes and Ted Hoopes both of Salem; a niece, Becki (Arthur Jr.) Fowler of Wintersville and 2 great nephews.
Barbara was also preceded in death by a niece, Traci Shoulders.
