AUGUSTA NAIMOLI Augusta (Morelli) Naimoli, 100, of New Fairfield, wife of the late Vito Naimoli, died on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Bethel Health Care, Bethel, CT. Mrs. Naimoli was born in New York, NY, May 15, 1913, a daughter of the late Harry and Jeanette Morelli. She attended New York schools and was employed by the Archdiocese of New York as a housekeeper for twenty five years at St. Philip Neri Rectory, Grand Concourse, The Bronx, NY retiring in 1979. She was also a volunteer at the Lauderhill Senior Center, Lauderhill, FL. A resident of New Fairfield for the past 24 years coming from the Bronx where they resided for 45 years prior, , she was a member and volunteer of the New Fairfield Senior Center, a member of the New Fairfield Red Hats, a volunteer at the Candlewood Playhouse where she ushered the Wednesday and Thursday matinees and a member of St. Edward the Confessor Parish. On May 15, friends and family joined “Gussie” Naimoli at Bethel Health Care Center to celebrate her 100th birthday.
