Our wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, and more, Ashley Marie Pett, passed away peacefully at her home in Dallas, Texas. Ashley was fierce and passionate in everything she did – family, friendship, work, life and especially love. She loves life and cares deeply for others, always making them feel special and important.
Ashley loves living in the city; but was a farm-girl at heart. She likes travelling, going to BYU football games with her Dad, discovering new foods, watching movies, puzzles, shopping, tickling, and snuggling her nieces, Pooh Bear and anything Disney. Being an aunt is one of her greatest joys.
Ashley worked as an accountant at the Marriott in Downtown Dallas, Texas. Prior to her work in Dallas, in accounting at the Marriott in Plano, Texas. She touches lives and makes a family everywhere she goes. Ashley’s family in Texas showed us the love she has for them by welcoming us into their lives.
Ashley is a phenomenal athlete. Ashley played fast-pitch softball, she loved playing football with her brother and would try any sport possible.
Ashley loves her family, boyfriend, dog, and friends – but, most especially, her nieces. Ashley is survived by her parents, John and Annie; brother, Garrett; sisters Chelsea and Yovana; nieces, Emmalyn, Eleanor and Helen; her boyfriend, Kaden; and her dog, Zilla. She also has many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, family in Texas and friends who will remember her always.
