Arthur Wilding 83, passed away Friday, August 12, 2011
at Union Hospital of Clinton. He was born March 30,
1928 in Lyford, Indiana to Walter James Wilding and
Evelyn Mattick Funkhouser Wilding. He served in the
United States Navy, owned and operated Ninth Street
Feed store for many years, and retired from the Cayuga
Generating Station as a guard. Arthur was a avid bowler,
and golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter;
Sharon Rose Riggen, a sister; Bertha Todd, and a brother;
John Wilding.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years; Pearl Poloney
Wilding of Clinton. Two daughters; Sue and (John)
Sanquenetti of Clinton, and Sandra Wilding of Danville, IN.
Sister; Linda Powell. Grandchildren; Paula Riggen of Clinton,
Amanda Riggen of Indianapolis, Kimberly Wilcox Pearcy of
Danville, IL., Ralph and (Christina) Wilcox of Danville, IN.,
John and (Heather) Sanquenetti of Clinton, and Matt
Sanquenetti and (Joy) of Clinton. Great Grandchildren; Natalie,
Great Grand daugter Kendall.
