Arthur “Otts” Scherer, 80, of Glen Burnie and formerly of Ocean City, passed away on October 25, 2020. He was born in Baltimore to the late Arthur H. and Mary L. Scherer. He retired from Procter & Gamble after over 30 years of service.
Otts is survived by his loving daughter, Aimee L. Scherer; beloved nephew, Robin Lang and his wife, Mary; dear step-children, Lisa Hager and her husband, Will, Carolyn Howard and her husband, Tommy, Jim Kane and his wife, Nan; and his caring step-grandchildren, Matthew, Monica, Jacob, Courtney, Gabrielle, Lindsay, Johnathan and Jamie.
