Arthur Diggs Soben, 67, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016 in Providence, Rhode Island. He was born in Liberia on June 10, 1949. He was the son of Hoseh and May Soben.
Arthur obtained his MBA at Johnson & Wales University. He was a proud author of the book “President Barack Obama: Change of Mentality” and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Liberian Community Association of Rhode Island and United Bassa Association.
He dedicated his life to servicing the Liberian community.
Arthur is survived by his children, Tupee Ramos, Mamai Soben, Michelle Michaliadis, and Patrick Soben and six grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
