Arthur is survived by his wife of seventy years; Mary E. Constantine, a daughter and son-in-law; Linda and Don Anchors of Destin, and four grandchildren; Arthur and Joni, Alan and Marie, Linda Constantine of Virginia and Amanda Monti & her husband Richard Chern of Destin.
