Arthur A. Pisani

Arthur A. Pisani, age 81, passed away after a long illness on June 15, 2021, at his home in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He was born July 22, 1939, and grew up in Somerville, Mass. He raised his family in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and retired with his beloved wife, Paula Craig, to Florida.
Art will be remembered for his generosity to friends, family and strangers alike. His kindness and unmistakable sense of humor were enjoyed by all of those who knew him.
Art embraced technology, working at Raytheon and Intel, among other companies, before starting his own technical software business, TopDown Design Solutions, in 1992, from which he retired in 2004.
For many years he pursued his passions for flying and travel. He owned and flew a Cessna 172 and Piper Cherokee, often taking his family on short trips. Art also learned to perform aerobatics. He traveled the world with his family and friends.
Art is survived by the love of his life, Paula Craig; children Albert Pisani and his wife, Joy Winslow, of Needham, Mass.; Andrea Adelung and her husband, Bernd, of Saal, Germany; and Paula Pisani and her husband, George Hutti, of San Diego, Calif.; grandchildren Julia and Sven Adelung; sister Elena Delaney and her husband, Tom, of Maryland; cousin Edward Pisani and his wife, Connie, of Cocoa Beach; many other cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Lena Pisani.
