Pomeroy, Arnold Lee. Age 62. September 18, 2009 of Detroit. Beloved husband of Floeda. Loving father of Vicky Hunter, LaTanya Hollander, Michelle Pomeroy (Ted Jones) and Kenneth Pomeroy. Grandfather of 11. Great grandfather of 3. Also survived by 2 nieces Amanda and Jennifer. Preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Nell and 1 sister Kathy. Arnold served his country in the US Army during Vietnam. He was very proud of his service and will be honored with an honor guard service by the Downriver Veterans Honor Guard at the cemetery following the service on Monday. One of the things that the grandchildren will always remember is his emphatic “GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN” being said to them.
